Strength training with adequate rest intervals is another smart tool, provided the intensity is calibrated to the individual's current recovery capacity. Heavy compound lifts done two or three times a week with full rest between sessions can build resilience without hammering the adrenal system.
Osteopathic practitioners often also recommend somatic movement approaches — slow, intentional movement that prioritizes interoceptive awareness (feeling what's happening inside the body) over performance metrics.
